250r Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms that are binding on all users of the 250r platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 250r platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines we may publish from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 250r ("Platform", "we", "us"). Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed as acceptance of the revised terms.
The 250r platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information you provide is true and accurate.
2. Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at any time. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, or payment details — constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, and verifiable contact details. Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal can be processed.
Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 250r will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs within your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you report any unauthorised access to us immediately.
If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact our support team at [email protected] immediately and change your password right away.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a 250r user, you agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access, scrape data from, or manipulate the platform's systems.
- Sharing your account with another party or transferring account ownership to any individual or entity.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, match manipulation, collusion, or dishonest conduct in games or betting.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Publishing offensive, defamatory, threatening, or rights-infringing content through any communication channel on the platform.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account or the platform's technical infrastructure.
250r reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action — including suspending or closing the relevant account without prior notice — where there is evidence of a breach of these terms.
4. Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the 250r platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly, and no automatic currency conversion is provided.
Deposits can be made via approved local payment methods including DuitNow, GrabPay, and online bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for certain methods. Processing times vary depending on your chosen method — DuitNow is typically credited instantly, while bank transfers may take up to one hour.
250r is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the 250r account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be approved.
Any withdrawal attempt that violates this policy may result in account suspension and further investigation in accordance with our internal compliance procedures.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Liability Limits
The 250r platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantee that the service will be available without interruption at all times. We are not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, service disruptions, or data damage arising from your use of or inability to use this platform.
In any event, 250r's total liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the arising of the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
250r reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account with or without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to: breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or at the request of relevant authorities.
Users whose accounts are closed for legitimate reasons may forfeit any remaining credits, bonuses, or unused benefits. Appeals may be submitted through our official support channels within fourteen (14) days of the closure date.
6. Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, text, images, and software on the 250r platform are the exclusive property of 250r or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
Our platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 250r has no control over the content or privacy policies of those third-party websites and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of their services.
Amendments to Terms
250r reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of any amendments will be published on the platform and the effective date will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the platform after such amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through voluntary discussion. Should such discussion fail, the parties agree to refer the dispute to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
